Welcome to Lazy Lads!
We are committed to delivering your cake freshly made, fast, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy for full details on delivery areas, timelines, fees, and support.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to Cairo – limited to:
• District 5
• 5th Settlement
• Zahraa El Maadi
• Al Rehab
You can check if your location is available at checkout. If your area is not listed, please DM us to check the possibility of delivering to you.
2. Delivery Schedule
We offer same-day delivery, depending on your location and order volume.
All cakes are freshly made to order. Orders are prepared immediately after payment is confirmed through the WhatsApp link sent to the phone number provided in your shipping details.
Delivery typically arrives within 1–3 hours. Minor delays may occur during traffic or peak hours.
Pickup Orders: Orders selected for pickup must be confirmed or collected within 2 hours of the scheduled time. If there is no confirmation or no-show, the order will automatically be canceled. We will attempt to contact the client via any of the provided contact methods before cancellation.
3. Delivery Hours
We deliver daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will automatically be scheduled for next-day delivery.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it.
After that, your cake may already be in preparation and cannot be changed or canceled.
Once payment is completed, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• You must report the issue within 1 hour of delivery.
• Our support team will review your request and take appropriate action, which may include compensation, replacement, or another suitable resolution.
